The hotel was conveniently located about a 15 min walk from The French Quarter. There were great restaurants located nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel staff were very accommodating and professional. The rooms were adequate with a mini fridge, a Keurig, and even a clothes “steamer”. The shower was huge and water pressure was excellent. I loved the cleanliness of the hotel- in every area - it was attention to detail. One of my favorite offerings was the lobby water with citrus fruit in it. The valet parking was undergoing a new process which slowed it a bit but considering the change- the staff handled it very well. We were offered coffee for our short 10 min wait. Overall, this hotel is top notch. Just far enough away from the noise, hustle and bustle to feel peaceful in an otherwise vibrant area.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The food was fantastic. Nice rooftop bar. On our last day I mentioned to a server that I hadn't got to try beignets or crabcakes. She had the chef prepare them for me for lunch. I guess they were on the breakfast menu in which we hadn't had breakfast at the hotel. I also tried an Old fashioned with the smoke at the Monkey bar. I've asked several different bars in my hometown and no one had the equipment to do it with smoke. Overall great hotel.

I liked the cleanest, the staff professional and prompt replies to customer's needs. The staff really go the extra miles to aswer questions and help in all manners. Nearlyall the staff extend tremendous professioanal courtesy. My only disappoinrment was with the breaksfat server in the morning of Wednesday August 24th at about 10 am. This lady was slot and rude. The food was good but the service was terrible. I left her no tips. The hotel deserves a better person.

We really enjoyed ourselves. The location was great walking distance from a lot of things. The restaurant was delicious. The variety of food and prepared with love and flavor. The staff so friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Carl for all of his help and suggestions. He helped to make this Birthday trip special. Would highly recommend 👌.

Joy was my first connection with the Troubadour, and she represented the town and hotel very well. Friendly greeting, easy check-in, and recommendations for great dining. She even checked in later in my stay to ensure all was going well.
